The extraordinary chambers in the courts of Cambodia( ECCC)Noun Chea brother Nr 2 in Democratic Kampuchea regime (Pol Pot regime) . He is asking to stay out side the prison. On Monday Feb 4th, 2008 the court will begin his pre-trail.
